Returns or Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, the puzzle or puzzles must be in the same condition that you received it ie. with the shrinkwrap still on. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send us your item without first requesting a return- it will not be accepted.
The customer will be responsible for any shipping and processing costs associated with the return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Also please note that the shipping costs associated with the original purchase will not be refunded.
We do not accept returns on international orders.
If you are looking to exchange an order please first return the item you have, and then once the return is accepted, go ahead and make a separate purchase for the new item.
