Where are your puzzles made?
All our puzzles and inserts are printed and assembled in the US. We believe that having them made here is more sustainable then having them made overseas and that doing so will also strengthen local communities. Making them in the US also allows us to shorten our manufacturing timelines so we can get our puzzles made and out to you more quickly that we would otherwise.
How do I find out about the status of my order?
We'll send you an email once your order is placed and then again once it's been shipped. Included in the latter email will be a tracking number that you can use to check on the status of your shipped product. You will also receive an email once your order has been delivered.
Please note that ship time estimates (2-5 days, 2 days etc) are counted from the time that an order is fulfilled- not from the time that the order is placed. We are usually able to fulfill orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them but only after that has been done does the shipping clock actually start.
I would like to make a return, how do I go about doing that?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship more or less everywhere in the world. Ok maybe not Greenland but other than that we probably have you covered.
Do you sell wholesale and if so how can my store place an order?
