Hayden’s work repeatedly depicts different iterations of a small number of natural subjects, such as rainbows and shooting stars—often anthropomorphized with human faces.

About the Artist
Rachel Hayden was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and received her BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, Maryland. Hayden’s work has been exhibited at 5-50 Gallery in Queens, NY (2023), Headstone Gallery in Kingston, NY (2023) and Hashimoto Contemporary (2022).
